1.1 To register and use the menang18 platform, you must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

1.2 menang18 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all new accounts. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be required.

1.3 menang18 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the lifecycle of your account — including at the point of withdrawal. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification may be suspended pending satisfactory completion.

1.4 Access to and use of the menang18 platform is void where prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

2.1 Each individual player may register only one (1) account with menang18. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the menang18 registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account tenure. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your menang18 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. menang18 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

2.4 menang18 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where the Company reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or regulatory risk.

3.1 All deposits to your menang18 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. menang18 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources.

3.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the menang18 cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at menang18's discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. menang18 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page, though processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

3.4 menang18 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention measure. menang18 will process such requests as expeditiously as possible.

3.5 Deposits made by players that remain unused for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as specified in the menang18 Fee Schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.

4.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by menang18 are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates.

4.2 menang18 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use by a player shall be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

4.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim bonuses, use of automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotional mechanics outside their intended purpose — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and/or account suspension.

4.4 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to any product other than those specified in the offer.

5.1 All bets and games at menang18 are subject to the applicable game-specific rules published within the game interface or the menang18 Help Centre. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you accept the applicable rules in full.

5.2 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by menang18 and its certified gaming system providers shall be the primary reference. menang18 shall use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules.

5.3 Technical malfunctions — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — may void affected bets at menang18's discretion. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome display, the actual outcome as recorded by the game server shall prevail.

5.4 menang18 reserves the right to void, cancel, or reverse any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest error (including incorrect odds, payout rates, or game parameters published in error). Players will be notified of any such action and any related stake refunded to the player account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the menang18 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the menang18 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others to do so;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the menang18 platform in any way not expressly authorised;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino or poker products;
• Providing false identity or KYC documentation;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or restrictions applied to an account;
• Using credit cards or third-party payment methods not registered in your own name.

7.1 menang18 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

7.2 Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the menang18 platform may do so by contacting menang18 support or using the self-exclusion tool in their account. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period without satisfying a mandatory cooling-off period.

7.4 menang18 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, in accordance with our duty of care obligations under our operating licence.

8.1 All content on the menang18 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations, is the property of menang18 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the menang18 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the menang18 platform without prior written consent from the Company.

9.1 The menang18 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, menang18 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 menang18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if menang18 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 To the extent menang18's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, menang18's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your menang18 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under menang18's operating licence jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 In the event of any dispute between you and menang18, you agree to first contact menang18 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. menang18 commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

10.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process established by menang18's licensing authority. Details of this process are available upon request from menang18 customer support.

10.4 Nothing in this clause limits menang18's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to enforce its rights under this Agreement.
